an e-mail i sent to Senator Judy Eason McIntyre

Dear Senator Eason McIntyre,

I saw the photo of you at the fetal personhood protest in OKC, the one in which you were holding the “IF I WANTED THE GOVERNMENT IN MY WOMB I’D FUCK A SENATOR” sign. I just wanted to tell you that it was such an amazing thing to see. You are a brave woman, and an obvious woman of character. I just want to say thank you. Thank you for standing up for reproductive rights. Thank you for standing up for the rights of women. 

I know you may get angry letters or calls because of that photo, but I just want to let you know that I support you and the photograph brings me great joy. 

Thank you again, especially for putting Oklahoma in the news for something awesome instead of the usual racism, sexism, homophobia, or islamophobia.

You are, and I say this with the utmost respect, a BAMF of the highest degree.
